excellent selections attentive staff palm view

I found the breakfast selections excellent. There were many choices available. I liked that staff Priya was very attentive. The gym has a view overlooking the palm.

The breakfast had a good selection. The pool area was very clean and well kept.

Check-in was not a good experience. People were queuing, blocking access to the restaurant. We were told only one of our rooms was ready initially. This meant moving our own bags later when the second room became available.

i found the location very convenient opposite nakeel mall. breakfast had many choices though it was busy sometimes. kamal from housekeeping did a great job keeping our grand studio private beach infinity pool lazy river & kids club access clean (i really appreciated that).
